Best of the Worst

This was by far the hardest one to decide on. I’ll admit, there were a lot of “bad” entries, but many of them were quite LOLworthy. This was the Pyroman and myself’s favorite, and probably the most creative of the bunch.

How to Enter
Take/create a picture that somehow contains the theme, “Reach for Reach.” This could be you reaching for the game in awkward compromising positions, a photoshop of a current image (like above) or anything else you can think of. Get creative!

Then upload your image online somehow (flickr, imagebucket, etc), and post the link in a comment to this points.

We’ve gained a lot of new subscribers and fans in the last few months. Time to set the record straight.

Also, my wife Delaney had episode 3 of her Dinnylan series, but like a noob, forgot to save it and lost everything. Noob. I’ll bug her to get it finished again.

Also, I was in San Francisco for GDC (Game Developers Conference) most of last week, and wrote up a ton of stuff for an iPhone gaming site I write for: www.iPhoneGamesNetwork.com. So if you have an iPhone or iPod Touch and wanna see what’s going on, check it out.

Also, I like cheese.

BTW…Rockets on this map will blow your socks off.

Smiley: Imagine this as if Longest was excavated 1,000 years after Halo 1. Exact same layout, but it’s intentionally run-down looking. Oh and it’s also Stosh-approved… so… actually I don’t know if that’s a good thing… but the screenshots are of a game we played with some Bungie folks, and they enjoyed it!

I mentioned a second giveaway in case you didn’t win this one. I also mentioned that it would be “in the mail…” Most of you didn’t figure it out, but I was speaking of our Pyrosmile Mailing List. I sent out an email to the mailing list earlier today giving everyone on that list 8 hours to send me an email to enter the second drawing.

Only 5 people emailed me.

So out of those 5, I did another random number pick, and BOOM, second winner! That winner is Kevin Weibe (didn’t get an online handle for him). Ironically he was actually the first person to respond, and the only person to actually reply to original email (which was the proper instructions for entering).  Congratulations!
